Kindly pardon me for contacting you in this manner, I had to do this because of the importance and urgency of the issue at stake and the restriction placed on my movement, so, forgive me. Before his death I handled some transactions with him totaling the sum of US$12.8Million, I have tried to locate his family members for the past eight years without success while also tried by myself to travel out of Benin Republic to claim the funds but I was not allowed to go out of my house for the past one year by the Government of President Yayi Boni and my traveling passport was also seized because of my strong opposition to his bad government policies and my membership of the human rights community here in Benin, hence I was placed under house arrest.
